If after placing your order you have made a mistake or wish to change some details such as colour, size, make, model or shipping please email us ASAP at email@example.com and we will attempt to correct the mistake.
Due to sheepskin being a natural product it can vary slightly in colour or shade. Also product photos are done professionally but may slightly vary in colour from photos due to lighting/monitor settings and different batches.
REFUNDS FOR ZIP PAY TRANSACTIONS
Refunds for products purchased via Zip Pay will be paid back into the customer's Zip Pay account.
Refunds for Zip Pay purchased items cannot be given in the form of cash, gift cards or credit.
We are happy to exchange your product if you change your mind for a credit note, on the strict conditions that it is:
• Within 30 days of purchase.
• The product must be unused, unwashed and in original condition for sanitary purposes for resale.
• Must have original packaging included.
Please contact us first to advice of the issue as maybe we can assist and rectify the issue for you via email or phone.
Once your return is received at our warehouse we will check it to see it is in new condition with all the packaging and once this is determined we will refund you or issue you a credit note for our store ASAP.
If there is an issue with your returned item we will contact you ASAP to discuss it.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Step 1: You can return item/s back to the address below via a trusted post method as we are unable to take responsibility for lost parcels. Please ensure the package is tracked as we will not be responsible for you package if it goes missing and signature on delivery is recommended.

STEP 2: Returned products are assessed and you will be notified if your return has been accepted. You may then be issued with a credit note or refund. If your return does not satisfy the above conditions it will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Overseas purchases will be charged postage as charged initially.

If you receive a faulty item please contact us ASAP and we will fix it first and if this is not possible we will replace it.

If you wish to return your product/s to change colour, style, sizes or change of mind you are eligible for a credit only. Your credit note will last 12 months from the date of issue. You are only eligible to receive a full refund via Zip Pay if the goods are faulty and can't be easily fixed or replaced or are not as described. When waiting for your item to be returned to our Warehouse please continue to pay your payments.
