FREE DELIVERY OFFER

Unfortunately, we’ve had to temporarily suspend our free delivery offer due to current fuel prices. Our current Australia-wide delivery fee is a flat $15.00 with a few small exceptions outlined below.

Estimated times are:

  • 1-5 working days depending on your location (if order is received prior to midday WST).
  • Standard Delivery for remote areas or outside of our courier network is 5 to 14 working days.
  • We will also advise you if a non-standard delivery charge is applicable for your order. This can happen if your delivery is outside of  our standard courier or Australia Post network.

HANDLING AND PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are despatched as quickly as possible but please allow from 1-3 working day for processing – particularly if your order is received late in the day.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for custom made car seat covers as these are created by hand at our Perth warehouse.

 

 

NOTES

Delivery can be arranged anywhere overnight in Australia in overnight bags to major cities at an additional cost. Country sites and remote areas can take an extra few days.

If you will not be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your product, it would be wise to consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package. Please note that we are not able to adjust the shipping address once a package has left our warehouse.

We can ship to a PO Box if you choose.

Please note that we cannot accept special delivery instructions without signature, for example: Please leave package on the table around the back of the house.
